What Working With Me Looks Like
Couples Intake Session
Our first session is a 90-minute intake where I gather relationship history, understand the patterns you’re experiencing, and clarify what each of you wants to work toward.
Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are 55 minutes and designed to help you build insight, emotional safety, and practical changes that support your relationship outside of therapy.
Virtual Therapy
All couples sessions are held virtually through secure video for convenience and flexibility.
